Edit Note: And updated! Skriiiii!

So as the little image indicates, I spent my Saturday at the Toronto zoo. Which, all in all was a really fun and delightful time! But I also forgot that going to the zoo means SO. MUCH. WALKING. In particular...I recommend folks take a gander at THE MAP and notice the terrifying pit-trap that is Canadian Domain. You see...when they say "steep hill" what they really mean is "you will know true pain" as you have to not only travel down it to see the animals there...but also hike all the way back up afterwards. I am quite certain if the grizzly bears had decided to escape I would have accepted my demise as an acceptable alternative versus trying to go back up the hill at any pace faster than "death crawl".

The real sinister nature of it though is that it's right in the middle of both routs, so by the time you hit Canadian Domain you are already a lil tired from already walking around one half of the zoo. By the time you leave the Domain, you will be ready for sweet merciful death as you pitifully shamble your way through the latter half of the park.

Still though, it was fun. But holy heck it destroyed me and I'm still recovering. The comic is half done, I've just been not able to work quite as fast so it is going to take an extra day. But thankfully after one more sleep, I should be good and feel less like my body is staging an uprising against me for my hubris.

Aaaand because I keep forgetting to make a button...link to the Katbox version of the site. We're still working on things...it's just that fun behind the scenes stuff working on stuff. Good times.
